Our Formula

Our management style is hands-on.  We customize a checklist for each client, carefully choose the appropriate team for each role, and stay in close contact with clients and supervisors. A supervisor will visit the property regularly to check our work.

We highly recommend monthly meetings with client representatives to ensure evolving needs are communicated, and quality control is maintained.  We welcome feedback, and will replace a cleaner when necessary.
